What is RSS?
What is RSS? I’ve seen many people asking me what is that orange button on every page and what does it do? To answer them all, I created this page where I’ll tell you what actually RSS is and how it helps you to keep updated.
What is RSS
RSS(Real Site Syndication) is a technology with which you can keep yourself updated with your favorite websites. Years ago, we use to bookmark our favorite websites and to check if the site has some new content or not we used to check each bookmarked page manually. This method was very tedious and time consuming. To overcome this problem RSS feeds were introduced, with which you just subscribe to the RSS feeds and as a website is updated you will be informed instantly. It is like a delivery boy delivering you the recent updates of a website to your home for free.
I recommend all of you to must watch this video to know what actually RSS is and how it works.
