I usually say that it must to post at least one article per day, but I feel very sad when I personally not able to follow this rule. This is due to my busy schedule and exams. Ok, now lets come to the topic, today I am going to tell you how to give a shadow effect to post titles in Thesis Theme by just using a simple CSS code. The shadow effect in post titles looks really nice and attractive. Lets start:
Before starting this tutorial, first backup your existing theme, so that if any problem occurs you can restore it back anytime.
- Now, log into your WordPress dashboard and under Thesis Options click on Custom File Editor
- Now, open custom.ss file and enter the following code:
{
color:#bd2818;
text-shadow: 2px 2px 2px #fbb9b2;
}[/php]
- You can change the color codes according to your needs.
- And at last, save your work and you’re done. Have a look at the screenshot:

In the image above I’ve given light red shadow effect. I hope you like this little tutorial to customize post titles in Thesis Theme. Now, change your theme look and enjoy !!
