This is the second part of the post Help Google Knowing Your Blog Better. In my last article I gave you a quick tip to let Google know your blog better by giving links to related posts in your article from other popular blogs and here in my today’s article here is another working way that will help Google to find the exact niche of your blog.
Create a list of popular blogs in your niche and display it on your blog
- To tell Google more about your blog, first create a list of popular and trusted blogs in your niche with proper anchor tag and remember all the links should be do-follow.
- Now, arrange the list accordingly and display it in sidebar or footer.
- To give full exposure of the list, I recommend you to display the list in sidebar or footer only, please do not add the list in separate BlogRoll page.
The result
As told before, Google considers outgoing links, so if you are giving away links to a number similar sites as yours, Google will get to know the exact niche of your blog and put you in selected category and your articles may show up on top when particular set of keywords are searched.
