In WordPress theme series, today I am releasing my second theme called GetAway. A highly attractive typography and color combination will make you in love with this theme. To make this theme user friendly I’ve added some custom functions to add logo, header ad banner, sidebar banner ads, header and footer scripts directly from GetAway theme options. This article is divided into five parts :

Features
1. Premium Theme Like Features : GetAway got some features that will make it more user friendly.
- You can easily add header and footer scripts
- You can also add 125 x 125 ads in the sidebar
- You can easily change logo image and header ad

2.Search Engine Optimized : The code is written to keep Google happy. Following features are also added for better rankings :
- Breadcrumb
- Previous and next post option
3. Header : The header has special three boxes for displaying your most important content. You can display your best articles, announcements and subscription box. To edit these boxes you’ve to make changes in Header.php file.
Important Notes
- To make this theme working you need a plugin called Yoast Breadcrumb, you can download it from here
- To edit the three boxes at the top, you will need to make changes in Header.php file
- Do not remove credits from the footer, doing this will make your blog stop working

One thing I don’t like is the border in the footer.
The theme looks absolutely amazing. When does the download link go live? I’d probably download it and tweak some uniqueness into it in readiness for use when I want to change my theme again.
